Centurion’s new SupaHelix multi-unit receiver is a complete tenant administration toolkit. Using the SupaHelix’s user-friendly interfaces – which include a 2,4-inch LCD screen with backlight and four buttons – you are able to effortlessly administer up to 10 000 resident remote control buttons and up to 10 000 phone numbers using the optional plug-in GSM module. These learned-in buttons can then be assigned to addresses or groups, or even to sub-groups where several residents reside in a single dwelling, making administration and selective deleting of users an absolute dream.
Because the SupaHelix is intended for use in large residential complexes with potentially thousands of users, backing up and restoring remote buttons, phone numbers and settings has been made easy thanks to an onboard USB port. Bootloading of firmware can also be done via a USB flash drive and there is no need for additional bootloader interfaces.
The product offers three channels which can be individually configured as either outputs or inputs. In an output configuration, the channel is able to activate devices such as electric gates, panic alarms and pillar lights whereas a channel set up as an input provides users with monitoring capabilities; for example, to be notified if their gate has been left open.
Offsite transmitter administration, as well as remote diagnostics, is made possible by the free G-WEB online interface. An administrator can add as many SupaHelix devices under their G-WEB profile as needed, and can add, edit and delete users and view diagnostic messages from the comfort of their homes or offices.
For enhanced security, the SupaHelix logs the last one million transactions and reports on data such as the IDs of remotes used to open the gate, the time of activation, etc.
